Clean the gentleman at front nice but the lady rude and un inviting and pushy

I guess due to the location there was no other guests.

I guess due to the location there was no other guests. We had the facility to ourselves. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Things were clean. We enjoyed the 10 to 15 min walk to the downtown area.

Can't very well change the location.

Arranging staff and pleasant contact, clean rooms, beautiful facilities and nice breakfast !

Very pleasant swimming pool, light rooms (only for the upper rooms with balcony) and clean, good breakfast, particularly Nicaraguan style! Walkable to the city center in less than 10 min

Upstairs rooms are noisy, we suffered from the dogs of the neighbourhoods crying at night, would need better noise isolation.

Quite pricey for what you actually get.

Good location near the centre, quiet, good sized rooms, nice pool

Only three sun bed loungers and three chairs. Sun beds hard and uncomfortable....no cushions! If hotel is full, this number would be insufficient. Wanted me to buy bottled water and refused to fill up my own bottle!

Lovely staff, clean rooms, great pool

The hotel staff were great very helpful and friendly. The room was big and very comfortable.and they provided a great breakfast The outside space was good for relaxing and everywhere was very clean. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the sites and the neighbourhood felt safe.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from Central Park but if u don’t like to walk taxis r easy to get. Room was dark and near the kitchen so was noisy at times. Ask for upstairs room if possible for more natural light .

The personnel is really professional, attentive, and smiling. We booked for 21 days and happy we did. We discovered the Nicaraguaian people, so polite and helpful. After 11 days at Hotel La Mar Dulce, we were moved to their other hotel: Los Chilamates, very nice, a bit bigger, due to maintenance work that was to be performed. We travel all over the world. But, In Nicaragua, we found the sun and a discovery type of tourism at reasonnable cost. Dont miss going to Calzadas street, by the beautifil churh and La plaza Central, were activities are breath taking. Than Massaia - Leon - Managua - San Juan del Sur can be visited at the lowest transportation cost.

The pool, breakfast and service was amazing. They even allowed me to check in early.

Bar was not stocked, shower had calcium deposits and was not cleaned correctly.

Outstanding........Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating to all my requests.

Breakfast.....had Gallo Pinto every morning. Staff was more than helpful and friendly. Also lost my phone in taxi on a Tues and it wasn't returned till Thursday. A big thanks to Francisco at reception desk. He reviewed security film, retrieved the license plate number and then proceeded to call the taxi driver and suggest he return the phone or he would notify the police. I offered the taxi driver 500 Cordoba, about 17.00USD, and lo and behold he returned the phone early Thursday evening. Everyone was happy and I had my phone un-disabled and it works normal. Needless to say if Francisco hadn't gone above and beyond his duties I would have had tp spent a couple of hundred dollars for a new iPhone.

Location.......I am 75 and didn't care to walk to and from Centro Parque. Took taxi roundtrip which amounted to about 1.20usd per day.
